Shahzada Ibrahim is an internationally recognized humanitarian and development leader from Pakistan. He serves as the Honorary Ambassador of the Civil Society News Network (CSNN) in Poland, appointed by Mr. Dawid Szablowski, and as Editor-in-Chief of CSNN Asia, where he promotes responsible journalism and elevates community voices across the Asian region.
He is the Founder and Chairman of the Northern Citizen Community Board (NCCB), a civil society organization established in 2007 to support vulnerable communities in northern Pakistan. Through his strong advocacy and leadership, NCCB was granted Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) in 2015, enabling active participation in international policymaking processes.
His work focuses on strengthening education, improving community health systems, promoting women’s empowerment and social inclusion, advancing climate resilience and disaster preparedness, building peace and inter-community harmony, and leading humanitarian assistance during emergencies.
Respected for his integrity, global vision, and long-standing commitment to public service, Shahzada Ibrahim actively represents grassroots perspectives at international forums, United Nations events, and diplomatic platforms. He continues to build influential partnerships that support sustainable, inclusive, and people-centered development for communities most in need.
Dawid Szabłowski
Founder & Global Editor-in-Chief, Civil Society News Network (CSNN) is an internationally acclaimed journalist, media strategist, and the Founder and Global Editor-in-Chief of the Civil Society News Network (CSNN) – a registered international media platform headquartered in Poland. CSNN was established to strengthen civil society through multilingual journalism, digital diplomacy, and institutional partnerships. The network operates across Europe, the Middle East, and South Asia, publishing in Polish, English, and Arabic, while actively engaging with local communities, NGOs, and diplomatic missions.
Under Mr. Szabłowski’s leadership, CSNN has appointed regional ambassadors, built editorial teams across continents, and established formal partnerships with global institutions. His vision emphasizes that press freedom, intercultural communication, and civic engagement are vital foundations for democratic cooperation.
In addition to his role at CSNN, Dawid Szabłowski serves as Ambassador-at-Large, Director of International Relations & Media, and Editor-in-Chief of IHRC News at the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC Corporation). Dr. Anurita Kapur
Country Director and Goodwill Ambassador Northern Citizen Community Board (NCCB). A Visionary Leader in Medicine, Diplomacy, and Global Security
Dr. Anurita Kapur is an American scholar, humanitarian, and public servant whose work spans medicine, diplomacy, intelligence, political science, and global security. Her leadership reflects a multidisciplinary approach to advancing health, peace, and international cooperation.
She holds multiple advanced degrees, including M.D., A.S., B.S., M.A.S., and M.S., all earned with a 4.0 GPA, and has completed advanced studies at Harvard University. Her academic and service achievements include induction into the Omicron Sigma Sigma Order of Sword & Shield and receipt of the National Honor Award Gold Medal.
Active in U.S. public life since 2009, Dr. Kapur comes from a five-generation American political family and entered national politics as a U.S. Presidential Candidate in 2024. Her public service emphasizes democratic values, national security, and civic responsibility.
Her international experience includes work at UNITAR in Geneva and the United Nations Headquarters in New York, contributing to UN Security Council and General Assembly sessions, and collaborating with the WHO, IMF, and EU. She is recognized for expertise in counter-terrorism, WMDs/CBRNEs, and emergency management.
As Founder and CEO of Livingston Medical Groups, she advances healthcare access for underserved communities and has led strategic initiatives in international aviation. Dr. Kapur is also a vocal advocate for the ethical integration of Artificial Intelligence into governance and global systems.
Currently serving as Country Director of NCCB USA, Dr. Kapur continues to strengthen collaboration between civil society and the United Nations in support of peace, human rights, and sustainable development.
Larisa Miller
Ambassador Larisa B. Miller studied Political Science with a minor in Hungarian at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and Organizational Leadership at Penn State University. She worked for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Agriculture, and later for the Pennsylvania Governor, Tom Ridge, in the office of public policy. Larisa spent several years working as a personal advisor and head of business development for the Royal Family in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with focus on sustainable development, energy and agriculture.
Additionally, Larisa served as head of the Royal Family’s large non-profit foundation, which focused on women, youth, literacy and education. Through her work with this UAE-based foundation, Larisa spent considerable time working with women and children in refugee camps in the Middle East and Africa.
Larisa serves as CEO of Phoenix Global LLC, a global boutique consulting firm headquartered in Miami, Florida, specializing in international municipal and governmental consulting; sustainability and innovation strategies; business development and acceleration; as well as assisting clients in global market expansion and development.

Suhail Mohd Al Zarooni is a Guinness World Record holder, An Emirati Collector, An Author & Businessman from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He is the son of Mohammad Abdul Karim Al Zarooni. Zarooni is the first ever Emirati after the Royal family of United Arab Emirates (UAE) to be Awarded with a Guinness World Record Holder’s Certificate Twice.
He is also the first ever Emirati who has been Conquered the Life Time Achievement Award at the Parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, House of Lords Twice. H.E Suhail Al Zarooni is more than just a hoarder of curios. Philanthropy is very important to the man. His first NGO which provides Education for Underprivileged for women and children in 2011 but he works for poor people since 1990. Tribute to Late Mr. Mohsin Durrani
اِنَّا لِلّٰہِ وَ اِنَّاۤ اِلَیۡہِ رَاجِعُوۡن
he Northern Citizen Community Board (NCCB), an ECOSOC United Nations accredited organization, deeply mourns the passing of Mr. Mohsin Durrani, who left us on 7 September 2025 in Karachi due to cardiac arrest.
Mr. Durrani was a highly respected professional with nearly two decades of leadership in the media industry, encompassing Out of Home, Electronic, Print, Social, and Digital platforms. He was the founding force behind Pakistan’s first Outdoor & Media Advertisers Association (POMAA) in 2003, under the guidance of the Late S.H. Hashmi, and also served as Regional Head of the Asia Sign Association.
Alongside his professional achievements, he dedicated himself to humanitarian causes. He served as an Executive Member of the Clinton Foundation (2016–2017), was an active member of UNA-USA, and represented Pakistan in high-level forums at the United Nations, including Africa Week 2017 and the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty at UN Headquarters, New York.
Mr. Durrani further contributed to the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC) as Ambassador at Large, Regional Head Asia, and Advisor UN Affairs, promoting human rights across more than 20 countries. He was honored to attend the UN Foundation/UNA-USA Global Leadership Dinner (2017–2018) in New York, an event that convenes world leaders from diplomacy, philanthropy, and civil society.
For the past seven years, Mr. Durrani volunteered his services as Regional Director of NCCB, strengthening the organization’s mission.
Through his dedicated role, Mr. Durrani represented NCCB at United Nations ECOSOC events, forged partnerships with governments, NGOs, and the diplomatic community, and mobilized resources for vital community development projects.
The NCCB family pays its deepest tribute to his remarkable contributions and humanitarian vision. We extend our heartfelt prayers for his soul to rest in eternal peace and for his family to be granted patience and strength. His legacy of service to humanity will remain an enduring source of inspiration for our mission and values.

With almost 15 Years of experience working with Electronic Media including GEO TV, ARY DIGITAL, EXPRESS NEWS & QTV as a Religious research & content head and Director Content he developed several content concepts for Inter-Faith Harmony & focusing Humanity. Dr.Aamir learned most of his administrative experience while working with MODEL DINI MADRESA & COLLEGE as Principle, & later as CHAIRMAN Pakistan Madresah Education Board under the Ministry of Religious Affairs Government of Pakistan. He worked mainly on (Madrassah Curricula and Minorities) for mainstreaming of Madrassah education, issues, challenges and recommendations under Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training. He attended several Training workshop organized by Establishment Division Management Services Wing, Government of Pakistan.
He Performed various, Educational and Research tours and trips to different countries including the USA, UK, SOUTH AFRICA, UAE, SAUDI ARABIA, BANGLADESH, and TURKEY. Director Economic & Social Council – UAE
Muhammad Rehan Khan is a seasoned and dedicated businessman cum political worker with a proven track record of leadership, integrity, and commitment to serving the community. With a background in business and a passion for social reforms, he has navigated the complex landscape of politics with diplomacy and vision, advocating for the rights and well-being of constituents at every turn. Mr. Khan began his career as a grassroots political activist, working tirelessly to address social inequalities and promote civic engagement since 1987. This early experience laid the foundation for his future in politics, instilling a deep sense of empathy and a drive to create positive change. After earning a degree from the Karachi University in Arts, Mr. Khan transitioned into politics, business, public service, serving in various roles within the party. Being assigned to communities in various charity programmes & worked with different NGOs’. Served as an incharge in the management committee for Sindh Government Hospital. Later, became an Co-ordinator to a Minister & MPA for Sindh Government. Khan’s commitment to public service led him o seek higher office, and he was selected to Karachi Mayor’s Advisor representing local government departments. In the absence of Mayor Karachi from 2016 to 2018 and being assigned as a Advisor to Mayor and Head to various local government departments, he quickly gained a reputation as a compassionate and effective advocate for the community, championing initiatives to improve access to Education, Healthcare, KMC Land Department, Encroachment and Veterinary departments. Since then, he has worked tirelessly to represent the interests of his role, fighting for policies that promote economic prosperity, environmental sustainability, and social justice. Throughout tenure, Mr. Khan has built strong relationships across party lines, earning respect for his ability to find common ground and deliver results.
Syed Kiram
Syed Kiram is a dedicated climate activist and the Youth Ambassador of the Northern Citizens Community Board (NCCB) Pakistan. His work is deeply rooted in the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a particular emphasis on climate literacy, youth mobilization, and empowering frontline communities.
Inspired by the devastating impacts of climate change in his hometown of Chitral, Kiram began his advocacy journey at the age of 16. Since then, he has become a prominent voice in global climate movements, advocating for the rights of vulnerable communities and ensuring their stories are heard on international platforms.
Kiram’s commitment to sustainable development and education has been widely recognized. He and his team were awarded the Prime Minister's National Innovation Award 2023, for their community-driven initiative to provide educational opportunities for underprivileged students in Chitral. Through his leadership, Kiram has spearheaded numerous projects focused on climate action, policy dialogue, and resilience-building, integrating indigenous knowledge and innovative strategies to address environmental challenges. As a passionate advocate for youth empowerment, Syed Kiram continues to inspire and mobilize young people to take an active role in combating climate change, building a future that is both sustainable and equitable.
